Application and support procedures for individual teachers to use in schools that do not have administrator accounts.

Teachers who are affiliated with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education can start using it right away. Consent from students/legal guardians has already been obtained during the dissemination process of the DiBot, there is no requirement to complete the student (legal guardian) consent procedure in Step 4.

Step 1: Fill out the application form for each teacher. Once we have reviewed it, we will send you the user account.

  • The applicant must be a certified teacher employed at an affiliated school.
  • (Generally) After verifying the applicant's identity, we will issue a school certificate within 24 hours of the application.
  • The administrator account for each school will be sent to the email address you provided during the application process.
  • Schools under the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education can be utilized without the need for student or legal guardian consent, as this policy has already been implemented during the Debut distribution process.

Step 2: Students who are not under the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education utilize the personal information of students and their legal guardians. They obtain consent before sharing this information with third parties.

  • Schools under the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education can be utilized without the need for student or legal guardian consent, as this policy has already been implemented during the Debut distribution process.
  • The respective school is responsible for collecting consent for the use and provision of personal information of students/legal guardians, while focuspang acts as a third party.
  • The student's consent is only valid while they are enrolled.
  • We are providing a Google Sheet for consent management, allowing the administrator to effectively monitor and track consent.

Step 3: Students will install dedicated applications or utilize the web based on the specific device they are using.

  • Galaxy Android Tablet : Install App downloaded from focuspang website
  • Google Chromebook: Chrome extension have to be installed in the chrome browser
  • MS Windows : Chrome extension have to be installed on chrome browser or edge brower
  • Naver Whale Book: Chrome extension have to be installed in the chrome browser
  • Support for the Apple iPad is set to commence in the latter half of 2023.
